Alantra is seeking an M&A, Investment Banking Analyst for its New York, USA office. The Analyst will work directly with Managing Directors and will be involved in advising domestic and international clients on cross-border transactions.

M&A, Investment Banking Analyst (New York, US)Tasks
- Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis.
- Develop financial analysis and models.
- Support creation of client proposals and presentations.
- Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop interns.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential.
- Solid finance/accounting knowledge; ability to analyze and value businesses.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment.
