Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of an international investment bank for medium-sized companies. The role involves significant interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial analysis. There is also a business development aspect, with the opportunity to develop skills in both generating business and complementing the team's expertise in the healthcare sector.

Tasks

• Preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis
• Interpersonal interaction with customers and investors
• Business development in the healthcare sector
• Origin of business and complementing team expertise

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity with the sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and "can-do" mentality
