M&A, Investment Banking Associate (Frankfurt, Germany)

Tasks

• Participation in the M&A team at the Frankfurt office of an international investment bank for medium-sized companies
• Substantial interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial analysis
• Business development with the opportunity to develop skills, both by opening up new business opportunities and by complementing the team's expertise in the healthcare sector

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skillset
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mentality
