M&A, Investment Banking Associate (Frankfurt, Germany)Tasks
- Participation in the M&A team at the Frankfurt office of an international investment bank for medium-sized companies
- Significant interpersonal interaction with clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial analysis
- Business development with the opportunity to develop skills in both generating business and expanding the team's expertise in the healthcare sector
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience
- Existing affinity for the sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
- Previous involvement in several M&A transactions from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skillset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mentality
