M&A, Investment Banking Healthcare Associate (New York, US)Tasks
- Manage day-to-day transaction execution across buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising assignments.
- Lead preparation of financial models, valuations, pitch materials, and client presentations.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and act as a primary point of contact for clients and counter-parties.
- Provide guidance, training, and oversight to Analysts and Interns, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Support business development efforts, including preparation of pitches and participation in client meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Alantra's global offices to deliver seamless cross-border advisory.
Requirements
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to present with confidence.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to supervise and mentor junior professionals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
