M&A, Investment Banking Healthcare VP

Tasks

• Lead transaction execution through M&A and capital-raising processes.
• Overseeing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and the preparation of marketing materials.
• Management of due diligence workflows and coordination with clients, counterparties, and advisors.
• Actively contributing to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and participating in client meetings.
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing analysts and associates to ensure high-quality results.
• Supporting the growth of the healthcare practice through thought leadership, industry expertise, and relationship management with companies, investors, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Strong academic background; a bachelor’s degree is required (in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field). An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute transactions, with a proven track record of customer retention.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation methods, capital structures, and transaction processes.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required).
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain them within 6 months).
