M&A, Investment Banking Healthcare VP

Tasks

- Lead the execution of transactions across buy-side and sell-side M&A and capital raising processes. - Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and the preparation of marketing materials. - Manage due diligence workflows and coordinate with clients, counterparties, and advisors. - Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and participating in client meetings. - Supervise, mentor, and develop analysts and associates to ensure high-quality results. - Support the growth of the healthcare practice through thought leadership, industry expertise, and relationship management with companies, investors, and strategic partners.

Requirements

- Strong academic background; bachelor’s degree required (business administration, finance, economics, or a related field). An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute transactions, with a proven track record of client retention. - In-depth knowledge of valuation methods, capital structures, and transaction processes. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required). - FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain them within 6 months).
