Tasks

The position of M&A, Investment Banking Healthcare Vice President involves the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing the execution of transactions in buying and selling processes as well as capital raising
• Overseeing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and the preparation of marketing materials
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with clients, counterparties, and advisors
• Active participation in business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and attending client meetings
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing analysts and associates to ensure high-quality results
• Supporting the growth of the healthcare practice through thought leadership, industry expertise, and relationship management with companies, investors, and strategic partners

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Strong academic background; a bachelor’s degree is required (in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field)
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute transactions, with a proven track record of customer retention
• In-depth knowledge of valuation methods, capital structures, and transaction processes
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required)
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain them within 6 months)
