Job description
Tasks
- Execution of M&A and capital raising mandates (debt and equity) in the real estate sector
- Focus on 3 core sectors: Residential real estate, healthcare and hospitality
- Preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis
- Business development: opportunity to develop skills in deal origination and deal completion
- Project management and execution of transactions from start to finish
Requirements
- Experience in M&A and capital raising mandates in the real estate sector
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and "can-do" mentality

- Good technical knowledge in the real estate sector
