Job description
Tasks
- Execution of high quality M&A and capital raising mandates (debt and equity) in the three core sectors: Residential Real Estate, Healthcare and Hospitality
- Full-pitch-to-completion execution and project management of transactions
- Preparation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis
- Interpersonal interaction with customers and investors
- Business development through business origination and expansion of the customer base
Requirements
- Experience in M&A transactions from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and "can-do" mentality
- Good technical knowledge of real estate
- Experience in raising capital via relevant asset classes
- Good modeling and PowerPoint skills
