- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish.
- Full pitch to completion execution and project management experience is desired, with good modeling and powerpoint skills.
- Significant interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis.
- Business development aspect, with the chance to develop skills both originating business and adding to the team.
