M&A, Real Estate VP (London, UK)

Tasks

Execution of high quality M&A and capital raising mandates (debt and equity) in the three core sectors: Residential Real Estate, Healthcare and Hospitality
Preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis for clients and investors
Business development through business origination and expansion of the customer base
Taking responsibility for transactions at the highest level
Modeling and presentation of results in PowerPoint

Requirements

Sound technical knowledge in the real estate sector
Experience in M&A and capital raising in relevant asset classes
Experience in executing transactions from start to finish
Robust financial and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Self-motivation and a positive attitude
