Job description
Tasks
- Execution of M&A and capital raising mandates (debt and equity) in the real estate sector
- Full pitch to completion execution and project management
- Modeling and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis
- Interpersonal interaction with customers and investors
- Business development: developing skills to source business and complement the team
Requirements
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and "can-do" mentality
- Good technical background in real estate
- Experience in M&A and capital raising across relevant asset classes
- Good modeling and PowerPoint skills
