Tasks

  • the Head of Corporate and Institutional Clients in administrative and organizational matters
  • clarify, prioritize and coordinate entrepreneurial processes in the management process
  • the organizer of meetings and discussions (D, F)
  • the communication medium (telephone, e-mail, messenger)
  • the employee in the back office for the area
  • manage small projects independently

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Further training as a management assistant (federal diploma) is an advantage, but not a must
  • Strong service orientation and affinity with digital processes
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of German and good to very good knowledge of French
