Tasks

As Responsable Actuariat, you are at the heart of the technical and managerial teams, with a high level of responsibility:

• Manager a équipe d'actuaires (4 collaborateurs) en favorisant leur montée en compétences.
• Prendre en charge le Modèle Internale Partiel développé pour la caution de prêts à habitat et accompagner l'équipe dans sa mise en œuvre.
• Équilibrer des choix actuariels pour le launch de nouveaux produits.
• Supervise the tarification studies and guarantee the profitability of the products.
• Pilot the evolutions of the internal partiel model and ensure its conformity with the regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to national studies (stress tests, plans, GDPR, etc.) and providing reliable and operational analyses.
• To develop and present strategic reports to the general management, the internal departments and the regulator.

Requirements

• Level d'expérience minimum: Master en Actuariat
• Niveau d'expérience minimum: 11 ans et plus
• Expérience:
  • Vous justifiez de 10 d'expérience minimum, avec une expertise en assurance non-vie et réassurance.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la réglementation Solvabilité2.
  • Vous êtes (ou avez été) en situation de lead et vous avez accompagné des collaborateurs vers l'excellence.
  • Vous avez (ou avez eu) des échanges avec les supérieurs et les parties prenantes externes.
  • An in-depth understanding of habitat protection and the implementation of the internal model would be a plus.
  • Votre aisance relationnelle, votre capacité à communiquer et votre goût pour le travail en équipe sont vos atouts.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils SAS, Python, R et Excel.
