Job Details

• Design and manage multiple layers of integration between business units and external parties, encompassing CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.
• Assess existing infrastructure and recommend solutions for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership, product management, and support teams to implement solutions that improve service levels, customer engagement, and revenue streams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to participate in discovery and design workshops.
• Balance ongoing production with incremental automation to prioritize innovation, design new products, and drive adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement for specific solutions and manage product functionality.
• Maintain regular product roadmaps and adjust plans to respond to evolving change requests.
• Serve as a unifying force and bridge between all teams across the organization.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and executives, advocating for the alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive adoption through design, collaborating across business units to align corporate initiatives with the overarching business strategy.
• Drive innovation initiatives to deliver measurable business results, including user engagement, operational efficiency, and an enhanced client experience.
