Roles & Responsibilities

• As a leader on the Wealth Management Application Support team, you will play an integral role alongside our global, cross-functional team members in our industry.
• We build and grow our diverse team through hiring.
• We work with you to develop your personal plan, leveraging your unique talents to ensure our organization's future success.
• We collaborate with the development team, business support staff, and the vendor management team (supervisor and engineering).
• We design using various service models and must meet certain standards, such as SLAs and MSLAs.
• Bring a passion for addressing business needs in this field and designing creative and innovative client solutions.
• Monitor the progress of the various teams and ensure they work in accordance with the SLA and MSLA.
• Stick to your planning and collaboration to ensure that any potential problems are resolved by implementing the best practices for application management, application architecture, and team operations.
• Ensure that we are committed to reducing environmental problems and that the application team is structured to bring about change.
• Support various support systems for patterns and forms to assist the application team
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to share knowledge, collaborate, and develop opportunities to expand the knowledge base related to the application.
