Tasks
- Manage, motivate and develop a team of a dozen managers specialized in the management of risky assets and the recovery of assets.
- Analyze the complex dossiers and propose adapted recovery strategies.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements Front & Back-office.
- Ensure the quality, efficiency and conformity of the operational processes.
- Regularly inform the governing bodies of the bank about the risk level of the files under review.
Requirements
- Formation commerciale supérieure (ES, HES ou équivalent).
- Confirmed experience in the credit sector, with a thorough knowledge of legal and accounting aspects.
- Experience in leading a team and excellent communication skills.
- Personne analytique, doté-e d'un esprit entrepreneurial et orienté solutions.
- Habile in negotiation and capable of facing situations of high tension.
- Capacités de communication en français et en allemand.
