Manager of Reporting and Donor Relations

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of programs focused on resources and impact in collaboration with the LGT Group
• Responsibility for the quality of CRM data in Salesforce and overseeing the implementation while simultaneously developing reporting dashboards

Donor Reporting

(40%)

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of the framework for donor reporting at LGT VP
• Preparation of regular donor reports for all active donors
• Coordination with regional teams as well as the Controlling and Impact Management departments
• Assistance with the preparation of the LGT VP Impact Review and other standard LGT VP publications

CRM and Digital Transformation

(30%)

• Responsibility for the data quality and integrity of all donor-related data sources in Salesforce
• Support for CRM audits and rollout planning
• Participation in LGT VP's digitalization initiative
• Establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the dashboard for donor relationship reporting

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data management
• Excellent written communication skills and experience in preparing donor reports, annual reports, or similar publications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Proficiency in using AI tools and experience collaborating on digital transformation projects in the finance sector
