Manager of Reporting and Donor Feedback

LGT is seeking a Manager of Reporting and Donor Feedback to oversee donor reporting and manage donor relationships. The Manager will be based in Zurich, Vaduz, and Singapore and should have experience in donor relationship management, reporting, and data management.

Your responsibilities

The Manager of Reporting and Donor Feedback is a key new position within LGT VP’s Resource Mobilization Center of Excellence. The role includes, among other things:
  • Development, maintenance, and implementation of donor reporting systems across the LGT Group’s solution portfolios and campaigns
  • Management of the operational infrastructure for donor relations, including legal and tax-related processes
  • Coordinate with regional teams as well as the Controlling and Impact Measurement departments to ensure that data flows are maintained throughout the reporting processes
  • Assistance with the preparation of the LGT VP Impact Review and other standard LGT VP publications as needed

Donor Relations

Donor relations account for about 20% of working hours and include:
  • End-to-end development of the LGT Fundraising Program and the Impact Certification Program, including consulting, tax matters, donor communications, and financial contributions
  • Close coordination with the Operations and Finance Director regarding incoming donations to ensure alignment between financial planning and grant processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with asset managers and DAFs, including Trust/Bridge and Prism, to facilitate international donations to LGT VP in key markets

Your profile

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Safe use of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Secure applications using K1 tools and experience in applying them to digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with legal agreements, due diligence processes, or compliance frameworks in the nonprofit or financial services sectors is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced international environment and in an intercultural context
  • Fluent in English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • A genuine interest in and commitment to the mission of LGT VP
