Manager, Impact

LGT is seeking a Manager of Reporting and Donor Processes who will be responsible for managing donor relationships, reporting, and data management, and who has experience using digital tools such as Salesforce and Power BI. The manager will be part of the Resource Mobilization Center of Excellence at LGT Venture Philanthropy and will support the mission of LGT VP.

Your area of responsibility

The Manager of Reporting and Donation Processes is a key new position within LGT VP’s Resource Mobilization Center of Excellence. The Manager of Reporting and Donation Processes works across the areas of finance, reporting, data management, and donor relations, and may rotate between these areas on a daily basis. Your responsibilities include:
  • Development, maintenance, and implementation of reporting tools for donors across the LGT Group’s solution portfolios and campaigns
  • Management of the operational infrastructure for donor relations, including legal and regulatory requirements (DMS, acquisitions, etc.)
  • Coordinate with regional teams as well as the Controlling and Impact Measurement departments to ensure a consistent and coordinated flow of data across these areas
  • Assistance with the preparation of the LGT VP Impact Review and other standard LGT VP publications as needed

Donor Relations

End-to-end development of the LGT Fundraising Program and the Impact Certificate Program, including coordination with the accounting, tax, communications, and finance departments. Close coordination with the Operations and Finance Director regarding incoming donations to ensure compliance with internal controls and processes. Establishing and maintaining relationships with asset managers and DFIs, including TrustBridge and Primus, to facilitate international donations to LGT VP in key markets.

Your profile

  • Proficiency in Salesforce; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and experience applying them to digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with legal agreements, due diligence processes, or compliance frameworks in the nonprofit or financial services sectors is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced international environment and in an intercultural context
  • Fluency in English and German. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • A genuine interest in and commitment to the mission of LGT VP
