Your area of responsibility

Job Title: Manager - Business Development and Donor Relations (30%): Conducting prospecting research and maintaining a well-organized, up-to-date pipeline of potential donors in Salesforce for all solution portfolios and other key initiatives - Assisting the CEO, the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), the Director of Partnerships and Communications, and others in preparing donor letters, including backgrounders, briefing materials, and conversation outlines - Coordinating outreach activities, including donor communications, scheduling, and follow-up on all active relationships with potential donors - Presentation Materials and Proposals (20%): Developing and maintaining high-quality presentation materials, proposals, and X-pagers for the MarComms team - CRM and Digitalization (15%)

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communication studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred - At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development in the nonprofit sector, or a related field - Excellent written communication skills in English, with experience articulating complex programs/information in a compelling, concise, and precise manner - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - Experience creating high-quality presentations, proposals, or materials for donors - Very good knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM system - Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
