Manager
LGT is seeking a Business Development and Relationship Manager with experience in the nonprofit sector and in creating high-quality presentations and proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships, creating presentation materials, and supporting the team in business development and communication efforts.
Your area of responsibility
Job Title: Manager - Business Development and Donor Relations (30%): Conducting prospecting research and maintaining a well-organized, up-to-date pipeline of potential donors in Salesforce for all solution portfolios and other key initiatives - Assisting the CEO, the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), the Director of Partnerships and Communications, and others in preparing donor letters, including backgrounders, briefing materials, and conversation outlines - Coordinating outreach activities, including donor communications, scheduling, and follow-up on all active relationships with potential donors - Presentation Materials and Proposals (20%): Developing and maintaining high-quality presentation materials, proposals, and X-pagers for the MarComms team - CRM and Digitalization (15%)Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communication studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred - At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development in the nonprofit sector, or a related field - Excellent written communication skills in English, with experience articulating complex programs/information in a compelling, concise, and precise manner - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - Experience creating high-quality presentations, proposals, or materials for donors - Very good knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM system - Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsBenefits
