DZ Privatbank is looking for a Manager Product Development for Group Strategy to work closely with the segments to develop and implement digital products and business models. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry, digital transformation and project management.

Tasks
- Close cooperation with the segments
- Development and implementation of digital products and business models
- Creation and maintenance of a digital product roadmap
- Supporting the segments in all aspects of digital transformation
- Driving force for digital development
- Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Documentation and communication of projects and results
Requirements
Technical requirements
- Completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, innovation management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in the development and implementation of digital products and business models, ideally in the financial sector
- Experience as a FinTech, tech company or in the development of products/processes/platforms is an advantage
- Experience in the management of projects, in the coordination of overall projects (ideation to go-live) and in the digital transformation of processes and products
