Tasks
- Close cooperation with the segment units and processes
- Development and implementation as well as establishment and maintenance of a digital platform
- Supporting the segments in all matters relating to digital transformation
- Driving force for digital development
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs
- Documentation and communication
Requirements
Technical requirements
- Degree in economics, (business) informatics, innovation management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in the development and implementation of digital products and business models, ideally in the financial sector
- Experience as a FinTech, tech company and/or experience in the overall innovation strategy (ideation to go-live) as well as in the digital transformation of processes and products
Personal requirements
- High degree of initiative, willingness to implement
