About the Role

  • At Horton Truck, we are responsible for building, deploying, operating, and supporting our digital management platform, Horton Digital.
  • This is an opportunity to contribute to long-term strategy, technology stack, architecture, and platform support (SaaS) on behalf of our client, customers, and teams around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engineer providing technical delivery support and overseeing implementation activities for the Horton Digital cloud platform teams.
  • Familiar with all phases of product methodologies, Agile and DevOps change processes, the software development life cycle, and project management.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and operate complex, ever-evolving, mixed, cloud-based environment platforms and production jobs.
  • Develop and create dashboards, maintain existing dashboards, monitor activities, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers ranging from those just starting out to intermediate, junior, and lead levels, as well as all internal and engineering staff.
  • Responsibilities included system and site design, architecture, deployment, support, and operational matters.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a business-friendly environment in specific roles, with flexible, cross-functional project experience; ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in the latest technologies and skills, and offering services that include training, support, and global best-practice performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence project stakeholders and apply a strategic approach to development and growth initiatives.
  • Support project-based roles and the ability to work as part of a global project team supporting project applications of varying sizes for multiple clients.
