Manager of Reporting and Donor Relations

Your responsibilities

The Manager of Reporting and Donor Reporting is a key new position within LGT VP’s Resource Mobilization Center of Excellence. The role encompasses the following core areas:

• Development, implementation, maintenance, and rollout of donor reporting tools across the LGT Group’s solution portfolios and campaigns
• Management of the operational infrastructure for donor relations, including the recording of donations received (Excel, Access, SAP, donation management systems)
• Coordinate with regional teams as well as the Controlling and Impact Measurement departments to ensure a coordinated and consistent use of data across departments; provide support in preparing the LGT VP Impact Review and other standard LGT VP publications as needed

Donor Relations

The role also includes donor relations (20%):

• End-to-end development of the LGT Fund Allocation Program and the Impact Certification Program, including reporting, tax planning, donor communications, and financial reporting
• Work closely with the Operations and Finance Director regarding incoming donations to ensure alignment between financial planning, reporting, and grant processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and DPI, including TrustBridge and Prins, to facilitate international donations in key markets

The requirements for the position are:

• Proficient Use of Salesforce, Core Networks in Power BI by Vorfelt
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Safe Use of AI Tools
