Mandate Specialist

Your challenge

As a Mandate Specialist for Discretionary Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and building the bank’s discretionary mandate business. You will serve as a trusted expert for relationship managers, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our discretionary offering is effectively positioned across markets and client segments.

Tasks

• PROMOTE DISCRETIONARY SOLUTIONS: Develop a deep understanding of the bank’s discretionary products and services.
• SALES & FRONT SUPPORT: Collaborate with relationship managers to create and deliver customized client presentations and marketing materials.
• CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• MARKET & COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE: Monitoring market developments, trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• A proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets.
• Experience in a similar role in private banking or wealth management.
• Extensive knowledge of investment products and advisory/discretionary solutions.
• An independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous approach to work.

Professional and technical skills

• A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Five years of professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in investment management or sales.
• A deeper understanding of the asset management business, with a particular focus on the MTF market.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient user of portfolio management applications, particularly Bloomberg AIM or similar software.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
