Responsabilités

• Actively advise clients and Client Advisors on discretionary and advisory investment solutions, covering all asset classes and markets
• Acquire new customers in targeted niche markets, using both proactive and responsive approaches (outbound and inbound), as part of a concrete and measurable business development process
• Build the Next Sales Pipeline for Growth

Skills and Experience

• An advanced degree in finance; CFA or AZEK certification is a major asset
• Proven experience in sales and marketing of financial products, with tangible results in client acquisition and retention
• Proficiency in multi-asset performance analysis and the ability to tailor your recommendations to each situation
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to persuade, inspire, and engage clients and client advisors
• Initiative, reliability, and the ability to perform in a demanding and constantly changing environment
• A keen sense of customer service, sales, and a commitment to meeting obligations and deadlines
• Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to reinvent oneself to revitalize customer relationships
• Professional proficiency in French is essential; German is a major asset.
