Tasks

As Market Lead for the Americas team, you are responsible for market performance and delivering strong results for clients and the company through clear decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring your team's growth, profile, and performance; setting ambitious goals; and implementing a customer-centric operational rhythm
• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy, including establishing an effective operational rhythm within the team that covers all areas of the Balanced Business Scorecard
• Delivering on agreed-upon team activities and goals, and creating an exceptional customer experience through feedback, research, and insights
• Developing and building new relationships to help the team achieve its goals and to serve as an ambassador for the market, both internally and externally
• Assuming, managing, and monitoring the risks inherent in your business area, and ensuring that mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage, and mitigate risks within a defined risk profile

Requirements

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of the market, including its customers, products, and services. It is also essential that you have the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your qualifications include:

• A strong track record and experience working in an FCA-regulated investment or banking advisory firm and within a training and competency framework
• Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to influence others
• Experience in supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and employees
