Marketing Analytics Specialist 100% (m/f/d) - Temporary 9-10 monthsTasks
- Provide stakeholders with regular campaign updates throughout the duration of a campaign
- Provide proactive campaign optimizations based on delivery and performance
- Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (responsible for advertising, website, social organic and sponsoring) to understand stakeholder needs, define KPIs and determine reporting requirements
- Perform and enable cross-functional marketing data analyses (e.g. engagement, conversion, campaign mix, lead funnel) and generate insights
- Ensure accurate reporting to senior management and campaign owners, aligned with the B&C Measurement Framework
- Create performance reports with a storytelling focus, tailored to stakeholders from operational to executive levels
- Support ad-hoc data analysis
- Solid understanding of Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), and Tableau reporting infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external experts to serve as the first-level technical support for analytics tools and dashboards (Tableau, Adobe) within Brand & Communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or brand analytics role
- Deep understanding of digital and data-driven marketing
- Familiar with campaign tracking methodologies and performance measurement frameworks across digital marketing channels
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders across different seniority levels
- Strong expertise in Tableau and data visualization principles
- Solid understanding of data modeling (SQL), data infrastructure, and technical setups, including ETL processes/pipelines, data storage, and metadata handling
- Proficient in Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud-based analytics environments, with a focus on scalable data processing and integration
- Experienced with Adobe Analytics or equivalent web and cloud analytics platforms
- Experienced with scrum methodology to manage priorities and deliverables in Jira
- Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
