Tasks

• Support the execution of the channel marketing strategy to position and promote the reputation, branding, investment capabilities and products in Italy, mainly in the wealth channel
• Work with teams to gather insights from events and support their learnings and translation into regional marketing strategy, e.g. work on Italian language materials for the wealth channel, support in managing personalized campaigns for client events and special projects
• Support for innovation and promotion of webinars
• Support and ensure that language content on the local language website is up-to-date and maintained
• Responsibility for the maintenance and capability of Italian-language marketing materials
• Delivery of email campaigns (both organic and paid)
• Support at customer events in close cooperation with the sales team and paid reinforcement activities across the regions
• Creation of digital content across all channels and paid amplification activities
• Answering (MGA) channel support
• Team and office administration tasks

Requirements

• Experience in institutional and/or asset marketing or sales support within investment
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management/organizational skills; ability to multi-task, be consistently responsive and manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with creative teams, sales leaders, internal stakeholders and managers
• Demonstrate initiative, resources and creativity; continually look for ways to improve and increase effective marketing strategies
• Support for working in a creative and collaborative environment
• General understanding of the market
• Fluent in Italian and English; written and spoken
