Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Further develop the marketing data strategy and the KPI framework, and create dashboards to visualize the results
• Analyzing behavioral and master data from various sources and customer segments, and deriving recommendations for action
• Collaboration with campaign managers, social media managers, e-commerce managers, sales managers, as well as IT and Agile teams, serving as a liaison in data projects
• Take on project leadership for data projects; define, test, and provide support as a web analytics super user during the onboarding of new tools
• Handing over the dashboard requirements to the data engineers and documenting their use

Requirements

• A college degree (from a university or a university of applied sciences) in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on project management
• Extensive experience using web and marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, as well as visualization tools such as Tableau
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex issues in a way that is tailored to the audience
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus, but not required
• Excellent written and spoken German; written and spoken English is a plus
