Marketing Expert (all genders) with a focus on marketing automation

Tasks

• Responsible for designing innovative digital marketing channels for BTV Vier Länder Bank as part of the Product & Experience Design (PCI) team
• Working in close collaboration with internal departments and relevant stakeholders
• Further Development of the Marketing Environment at Dynatechs
• Conducting Training Sessions
• Personalized and Data-Driven Customer Communication
• Development and Optimization of Customer Relationship Cycles
• Segmentation of Target Audiences
• Design and implementation of trigger, event, and burst campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance and implementing measures for continuous optimization
• Planning and Implementation of Target-Audience-Oriented Marketing Campaigns
• Working with the relevant departments to create and coordinate promotional inserts for effective and targeted customer communication

Requirements

• A college degree with a major in marketing or a comparable qualification
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (at least sufficient for conducting business exclusively in German within the DACH region)
• Expertise in Marketing Automation
• Extensive experience in marketing with a focus on CRM
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
• Knowledge and experience in implementing lead generation and customer communication
• Knowledge of data structures, target audience segmentation, and CRM processes that meet the requirements of data-driven marketing
