Marketing Expert (all genders) with a focus on marketing automation

Tasks

• Development and optimization of personalized and data-driven customer communication (customer engagement solution) with a particular focus on email marketing.
• Segmentation of target audiences, as well as the design and implementation of triggers, events, and user journeys.
• Analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and identifying appropriate measures for the continuous optimization of marketing activities.
• Planning and executing target-audience-oriented marketing campaigns through digital and traditional channels.
• Developing and coordinating guidelines for effective and standardized customer communication in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Further development of the marketing environment in Dynamics 365 and conducting training sessions.

Requirements

• A college degree with a major in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (at least C1), as we serve exclusively German-speaking business customers in the DACH region.
• Extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, customer journey management, or marketing automation.
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, as well as in implementing automated customer journeys and personalized customer communications.
• A solid understanding of data structures, target audience segmentation, and CRM processes, as well as the requirements of data-driven marketing.
