Vice President of Marketing

The position of Vice President of Marketing at Alantra in London offers the opportunity to develop and lead the marketing function within the group, as well as direct access to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-quality content and executing effective marketing initiatives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Tasks

- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with the company’s global marketing strategy and business objectives. - Collaborate with the business development team to translate business objectives into actionable marketing priorities. - Lead the development of thought leadership content, marketing materials, and industry insights that support campaigns and communications across key markets and channels. - Ensure brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and digital assets. - Plan, coordinate, and execute customer and industry events, sponsorship initiatives, and conferences. - Manage external vendors as needed to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. - Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality content and executing effective marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • A strong understanding of investment banking services, client segments, and deal marketing requirements.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
