Vice President of Marketing (London, UK)

Tasks

  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with the company's global marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to translate business objectives into actionable marketing priorities.
  • Leading the development of thought leadership content, marketing materials, and sector insights to support campaigns and communications in key markets and channels.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of customer and industry events, sponsorship initiatives, and conferences.
  • Managing external service providers to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and business impact.

Requirements

Professional experience

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality content and executing effective marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-frequency environment.

Technical and functional skills

  • Strong understanding of investment banking services, client segments, and marketing requirements for deals.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms.

Soft skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Collaborative and confident communicator who is comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English required, additional European languages a plus.
