* Responsible for sales in Switzerland and Germany (Lucerne Central Region, Central Switzerland, Lucerne), head of the decentralized sales organization in Germany * Active participation in strategy development and the implementation of sales-related projects; Developing and implementing sales strategies * Deepening and expanding the range of specialty products * Leading and motivating a dynamic sales team
