• You are the driving force behind the growth of the private client business and manage the bank’s expansion in France, with which it has close ties.

Tâches

• Gathers and develops an understanding of situations and clients, identifies them, and connects them
• Develops proposals for each product and service and implements them
• Manages and organizes all processes related to transactions, customers, or products
• Develops and ensures the consistency of the product offering, communications, and organization
• Communicate with decision-makers and key contacts
• Develops and manages offerings related to banking products and services
• Propose innovations and continuous improvements
• Analyzes customer needs and tailors the offering accordingly
• Train and supervise the sales and consulting teams
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards
