Tasks

  • Ensure the legal and regulatory supervision of the administration and management of mortgage loans related to commercial operations, thereby ensuring the quality and security of exposures.
  • Contribute actively to the risk assessment at the level of the establishment's strategy, by providing a clear vision of the prospects.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the operational strategy, with a constant concern for alignment between efficiency, innovation and the needs of the business.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et motiviver les équipes en instaurant un climat de confiance et en favorisant un management participatif et mobilisateur.
  • Ensure permanent regulatory compliance and guarantee the conformity of practices, especially in relation to internal regulations and FINMA requirements.
