Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (f/m/d) 80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Professional experience

Tasks

• Active participation in the definition and realization of MS Teams as a central communication and collaboration platform with a focus on telephony
• Integration of existing and new communication components in MS Teams in close cooperation with the specialist department, architecture and network engineering
• Plan and implement the migration of today's Skype for Business phone and conferencing features to the Microsoft365 cloud
• Continuous further development of MS teams in line with the requirements of our product management, our IT security and the entire company
• Ensure that MS Teams meets our high security and operational requirements today and in the future

Requirements

• Completed university education an advantage as well as several years of experience with the setup and operation of MS Teams as a central communication platform in complex environments
• Experience and good knowledge of UM systems from MS Teams such as Session Border Controller (SBC), SIP gateways (SpectraLink DECT), hardphones (IP phones, headsets), the connection of a central number management system or the integration of a voice recording solution
• Strong analytical-conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative as well as a strong sense of responsibility characterize you
• You never lose your grip, even in a challenging environment, and are used to working in an agile environment with different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
