Mid-Market Investment Banking Analyst

Your role

Are you a strong analytical and innovative thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for clients and other stakeholders? We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our Mid-Market team to:

• to work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates
• to assist with process coordination and interaction with various stakeholders
• work on marketing materials and various analyses
• to contribute to the team's financial modeling and valuation
• Conduct research activities, including market and company analyses

Your team

You will be based in Zurich, Switzerland, working in our Global Banking division (part of the Investment Bank) as part of our Swiss Mid-Market Investment Banking team. We advise Swiss mid-market companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and equity financing, and leveraged buyouts.
