The Middle Office Accounting department is seeking a Senior Analyst as part of the Man Group Returner Program 2026. The position is based in London.

Tasks

The Middle Office Accounting Senior Analyst will be responsible for the daily monitoring of fund portfolios and fund administration. This includes:

• Fund monitoring and NAV control
• Profit and loss analysis (P&L)
• Process improvement and technology integration
• Collaboration with stakeholders and fund structuring
• Governance and risk management
• Reporting and ad hoc support

Requirements

The ideal candidates should:

• Be a qualified accountant, chartered financial analyst, or equivalent
• Previous experience in the financial industry, typically at an investment bank or asset management company
• Have a good understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Be a team player who also takes individual responsibility
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be able to communicate effectively with multiple senior stakeholders
