Middle Office, Assistant Vice PresidentTasks
- Manage the relevant team locations for assigned clients - Take responsibility for the entire trade lifecycle, including trade recording, confirmation, settlement support, reconciliation, and corporate actions - Ensure that processing across all asset classes is accurate and timely - Monitor trade exceptions, resolve breaks, and follow escalation protocols with custodians and brokers - Serve as the primary point of contact for daily (MUI), incident management, and SLA compliance - Lead as a Senior Operational Lead for global clients and internal stakeholders - Deliver regular service reports, governance metrics, and support client reviews - Lead strategic initiatives such as client onboarding, change requests, and transitions - Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, training, and career development - Ensure compliance with control standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls - Proactively identify risk areas, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions - Lead business continuity and resilience efforts in coordination with other functions - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities - Collaborate with technology, product, and transformation teams to implement system enhancements and tool upgradesRequirements
