About the role
The Middle Office Trade Services Analyst position involves the coordination of trade support activities (e.g. trade support, documentation). Middle Office employees support complex product areas (e.g. fixed income, equity options) and have a deeper understanding of their product area than employees in other operational functions.
Tasks
- Booking and exception management for micro and macro hedges across all instrument types and asset classes (equities, bonds and derivatives (equities, interest rates, foreign exchange))
- Lifecycle management of all types of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives
- Processing of trading orders from various platforms
- Solving a variety of trading, treasury, sales, risk and reconciliation issues
- Looking for automation potential in daily tasks, coordinating with relevant partner teams and taking the initiative to initiate and support the implementation process
- Taking responsibility for training junior team members in various tasks in which he/she is an expert
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- 2-4 years of experience in middle office or related functions
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
- SQL
- Customer orientation
- Sense of responsibility and integrity
