The Middle Office Trade Services Analyst supports the trading division at Leonteq in Lisbon by coordinating activities and handling complex product areas such as fixed income and equity derivatives. Tasks include booking and exception management, life cycle management of derivatives as well as troubleshooting and automation of tasks.

MIDDLE OFFICE TRADE SERVICES ANALYST
Tasks
- Booking and exception management for micro and macro hedges across all instrument types and asset classes (equities, bonds and derivatives (equity, rates, FX))
- Lifecycle management of all types of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives
- Management of post-trade information from different platforms
- Troubleshooting of various problems in Trading, Treasury, Sales, Risk and Reconciliation
- Looking for automation potential in daily tasks, coordinating with relevant partner teams and taking the initiative to realize and support the implementation process
- Taking responsibility for training junior team members in various tasks in which he/she is an expert
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- 2-4 years of experience as a trader in middle office or related functions
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
- SQL
- Customer orientation
- Sense of responsibility and integrity
- Teamwork and collaboration
