Employees Collection Leasing
The position of Collections Assistant Leasing in Horgen (80-100%) involves contacting customers by telephone, contacting them in the event of payment defaults and advising customers on the possibilities of contract restructuring. The position requires basic commercial training, collection experience and very good language skills in several national languages.
The role
As an employee in pre-legal debt collection Leasing- Contacting lessees in the event of payment defaults (during the contract term and after the end of the contract)
- Advising customers on the possibilities of contract restructuring
- Researching customer data and whereabouts
- Management of processing and invoicing in collaboration with Legal/Compliance
- Independent management of a customer portfolio of loss-making car leasing contracts
What we wish for
- Basic commercial training with several years of relevant experience
- Collection experience or recovery expertise. Basic knowledge of banks and the financial industry is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with difficult / challenging customer conversations
- Independent and committed way of working, high service orientation and quality awareness in a dynamic environment
- Confident in German and business fluent in French (written and spoken), Italian and any other language is an advantage.
