Employees Collection Leasing

The role

As an employee in pre-legal debt collection Leasing:

• Contacting lessees in the event of payment arrears (during the contract term and after the end of the contract)
• Advising customers on the possibilities of contract restructuring
• Researching customer data and whereabouts

What we wish for

• Basic commercial training with several years of relevant experience
• Collection experience or recovery expertise. Basic knowledge of banks and the financial industry is an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with difficult / challenging customer conversations
• Independent and committed way of working, high service orientation and quality awareness in a dynamic environment
• Confident in German and business fluent in French (written and spoken), Italian and any other language is an advantage.
