Employees Collection Leasing
The position as a leasing debt collection employee in Horgen involves telephone contact with customers, particularly in the case of lessee payment arrears, as well as advising on contract restructuring. The position requires good communication skills in several national languages and commercial training with experience in debt collection.
The role
As an employee in pre-legal debt collection Leasing:- Contacting lessees in the event of payment arrears (during the contract term and after the end of the contract)
- Advising customers on the possibilities of contract restructuring
- Researching customer data and whereabouts
What we wish for
- Basic commercial training with several years of relevant experience
- Collection experience or recovery expertise. Basic knowledge of banks and the financial industry is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with difficult / challenging customer conversations
- Independent and committed way of working, high service orientation and quality awareness in a dynamic environment
- Confident in German and business fluent in French (written and spoken), Italian and any other language is an advantage.
