Cost & Fees Employee (f/m/d)Your challenge
- Record products and fees as part of onboarding and updates
- Process new products or product changes on the customer side
- Care fees and conditions - record, analyze, or delete
- Be the point of contact/specialist for the front line in the area of costs and fees—process-oriented, technical, and professional.
- Support the further development of the department (e.g., digitization of Sako offerings, optimization of processes and output/deliverables)
- Provide professional and proactive advice to frontline staff and assist with training

- Completed banking or commercial training
