Tasks

• You will assist our customers in using our virtual advisory services, the self-service area, and our online banking applications
• You will be working at our BTV branches in the Innsbruck area

Requirements

• A completed degree in economics or tourism
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
• A friendly, customer-oriented manner
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• You are comfortable using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365

• The minimum salary for this position is €2,619.73 gross per month for full-time work.
