Reception & Cashier Staff (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a receptionist and teller to assist customers with virtual advisory services and online banking applications. The position requires a degree in business or tourism, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Tasks
- You will assist our customers in using our virtual advisory services, the self-service area, and our online banking applications
- You will cover our core working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or tourism
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- You are comfortable using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365
